Personalised care for people affected by cancer

The Living With and Beyond Cancer team at West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance have created a short animation to explain the support that is available in local communities after a cancer diagnosis, over and above medical treatment.

It could help you to have more meaningful conversations with your health professionals, and have greater choice and control over the support you receive outside of the hospital setting.  This may include prehabilitation, rehabilitation, emotional wellbeing, financial, employment and housing information.
